azmth provides an AI-powered call management platform that enables users to:

• Create and configure AI voice assistants for automated calls
• Schedule, manage, and analyze calls
• Access call recordings, transcriptions, and analytics
• Integrate with CRM and other business systems
• Purchase and manage phone numbers for calling purposes

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

• All payments are processed through Razorpay payment gateway
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits (e.g., call minutes, number of assistants). Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Make calls that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in harassment, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Violate telemarketing regulations (including DND/DNC lists)
• Record calls without proper consent where required by law

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Future Network LLP and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

7. Telephony Compliance

By using our calling features, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary consents before recording calls
• Respect Do Not Disturb (DND) and Do Not Call (DNC) registries
• Provide accurate caller identification information
• Not use the Service for telemarketing without proper licensing

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FUTURE NETWORK LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Future Network LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
